OmniERP is a product of OmniTech. It is built on open-source software, and this page records what it includes, under which licence, and whose trademarks are whose.

What OmniERP includes

OmniERP is distributed under the GNU General Public License, version 3. It is made of these parts:

Copyright and source code

The copyright notices and licence texts of the included software are kept with it, unchanged. Clients who receive OmniERP receive the corresponding source code and those licence texts with it. To request a copy, write to Contact@omnitechdz.com.

The upstream projects publish their source code and licence texts at github.com/frappe/erpnext, github.com/frappe/hrms and github.com/frappe/frappe.

Trademarks

"ERPNext", "Frappe" and "Frappe HR" are trademarks of Frappe Technologies Pvt. Ltd. OmniERP is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Frappe Technologies. Those names appear on this page only to identify the software OmniERP includes; they are not part of OmniERP's branding.

"OmniTech" and "OmniERP" are used by OmniTech Technology Solutions.

This website

omnitechdz.com sets its text in Geist and Geist Mono (SIL Open Font License 1.1, Vercel) and, for Arabic, Noto Kufi Arabic (SIL Open Font License 1.1, Google), served by Google Fonts; the licence text is at openfontlicense.org. Everything else on the site — its code, illustrations and copy — is OmniTech's own work.
