Built so people find their way without being trained first.
The functionality of a full ERP is only useful if the person in front of it can find the one screen they need. That is where the work went.
One shortcut finds an application, a page, a document or an action. It ignores case, accents and Arabic short vowels, so what someone types is what they get.
No module hidden in a header menu. The sidebar lists every part of the system a person may open, and a gold marker shows where they are.
Anyone can star the lists and reports they open daily; they stay one keystroke away, without an administrator setting anything up.
English, French and Arabic, with the whole interface mirrored right to left for Arabic, in a light or a dark theme. Accounting and HR terms in Arabic are written the way the people who use them write them.

What each person may open is decided by their role.
An ERP holds payroll, margins and supplier prices. Who sees what is not a setting people can talk their way around.
- Checked on the server, not in the interface
- An Accounts Manager, a Stock User, a Sales Manager and a Leave Approver each get a different system. Hiding a tile is a courtesy: every list, form, report and API call is checked against the person's role on the server.
- Approvals are workflows
- A leave request, a purchase order or an invoice moves to its next state only when the person who holds that role signs it off, and the document keeps who did.
- Customers and suppliers stay outside
- They get their own portal for orders, invoices, quotations and requests for quotation, and never reach the rest of the system.
- The system is yours
- OmniERP runs on your own server or on infrastructure we manage for you, with backups, updates and monitoring on a schedule we agree with you.
