Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data omnitechdz.com collects, why, and what happens to it. We keep it short because the site collects very little.
Who we are
OmniTech (OmniTech Technology Solutions) is an IT solutions company based in Oran, Algeria. For anything relating to your personal data, contact us at Contact@omnitechdz.com.
What we collect
The only personal data this website collects is what you type into the contact form:
- Your name
- Your email address
- The project type you select
- The message you write
We do not ask for payment details, identity documents, or any other sensitive information through this site, and you should not send them to us through the contact form.
Why we collect it, and how long we keep it
We use it for one purpose: to read your enquiry and reply to it. We do not sell it, rent it, or use it for advertising. Your message arrives in our email inbox and stays there for as long as it is relevant to our working relationship with you. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Who else handles your data
The contact form is delivered by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form-forwarding service. When you submit the form, your entries pass through their systems on the way to our inbox. We do not control their infrastructure, and their own privacy terms apply to that step.
This site also loads typefaces from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). Because your browser requests those files directly from Google, Google receives your IP address when you load any page here. We do not receive or store that information ourselves.
If you contact us via the WhatsApp link, that conversation happens on WhatsApp and is governed by their privacy terms, not ours.
Cookies and browser storage
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers.
It does use your browser's local storage to remember two preferences, so the site looks the way you left it:
omnitech-theme— whether you chose the light or dark appearanceomnitech-lang— which language you were reading in
Neither identifies you. Both stay in your own browser, are never sent to us, and disappear if you clear your browsing data.
Your rights
You can ask us what data of yours we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email Contact@omnitechdz.com and we will respond within one business day. If you are in the EU or UK, the GDPR gives you these rights explicitly; we apply them to everyone who asks regardless of where they are.
Changes to this policy
If we add analytics, change form providers, or start collecting anything else, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
