OmniTech designs, builds, and supports the technology behind real operations — from day-to-day IT support and connected devices to the ERP that runs the whole company. If it's technical, we can build it and keep it running.
What we do
Most agencies do one of these. We do all of them under one roof, which means your ERP, your CRM, and your IoT layer actually talk to each other — and someone always picks up when something breaks.
Sensors, edge gateways, and connected devices feeding real-time dashboards — for fleets, facilities, and equipment you need eyes on remotely.
Sensors → DashboardsInventory, production, finance, and HR built around how your company actually operates — not bent to fit a template.
Built around your workflowPipelines, ticketing, and follow-ups mapped to your real sales and support process, with the integrations you already rely on.
Pipeline to supportControl software and monitoring tools that interface directly with production equipment on the factory floor.
Software that runs equipmentInfrastructure, deployment pipelines, and scaling so what we build stays fast and reliable as you grow.
Built to scaleCustomer-facing and internal apps sharing one backend — and everything else technical in between.
…and beyondHelpdesk, maintenance, and day-to-day troubleshooting so your systems — and the people using them — stay up and running.
Keeping things runningHow we work
The same four stages, whether we're wiring up sensors or shipping an ERP.
We map your current workflow, systems, and constraints before proposing anything.
Architecture, data flow, and interface plans — reviewed with you before a line of code ships.
Iterative delivery with working milestones, not a single reveal at the end.
Monitoring, fixes, and roadmap as your systems and needs keep evolving.

Common questions
If your question isn't here, send it over — we reply within one business day.
OmniTech builds and supports custom ERP systems, CRM platforms, IoT solutions, machine and industrial software, cloud and DevOps infrastructure, and web and mobile applications — plus day-to-day IT support. All seven are handled by one team, so the systems we build actually integrate with each other.
Yes — that is most of what we do. We map your existing workflow first, then build inventory, production, finance, and HR around how your company actually operates, instead of bending your process to fit a template. We have delivered a full production ERP for an olive oil facility that is live and in daily use.
An ERP runs your internal operations — inventory, production, finance, HR. A CRM runs the customer-facing side — sales pipeline, follow-ups, support tickets. Most companies need both, and the value is in having them share one set of data. We build them to work together rather than as two disconnected systems.
Yes. We write control and monitoring software that talks directly to production equipment, including Modbus TCP/RTU devices and turbine control systems written in C++. We have built single-binary Go applications that poll industrial devices and stream live metrics to a web dashboard — suited to factory floors, solar inverters, HVAC systems, and water treatment monitoring.
Yes. We build the whole chain: sensors and edge gateways, an MQTT or Modbus data layer, and a real-time dashboard streaming over WebSockets. That includes the broker and the backend, not just the interface you see.
Yes. Support is the fourth stage of every engagement — monitoring, fixes, and roadmap work as your systems keep evolving. We also provide helpdesk and day-to-day troubleshooting on its own, separately from any build project.
It depends on scope. Recent projects have run from about one month for a focused ETL or CRM build, up to four months for an industrial turbine control system. We deliver in working milestones rather than a single reveal at the end, so you can see progress throughout.
