What services does OmniTech provide?
OmniTech builds and supports custom ERP systems, CRM platforms, IoT solutions, machine and industrial software, cloud and DevOps infrastructure, and web and mobile applications — plus day-to-day IT support. All seven are handled by one team, so the systems we build actually integrate with each other.
Can you build a custom ERP instead of using off-the-shelf software?
Yes — that is most of what we do. We map your existing workflow first, then build inventory, production, finance, and HR around how your company actually operates, instead of bending your process to fit a template. We have delivered a full production ERP for an olive oil facility that is live and in daily use.
What is the difference between an ERP and a CRM?
An ERP runs your internal operations — inventory, production, finance, HR. A CRM runs the customer-facing side — sales pipeline, follow-ups, support tickets. Most companies need both, and the value is in having them share one set of data. We build them to work together rather than as two disconnected systems.
Do you work with factory equipment and industrial machines?
Yes. We write control and monitoring software that talks directly to production equipment, including Modbus TCP/RTU devices and turbine control systems written in C++. We have built single-binary Go applications that poll industrial devices and stream live metrics to a web dashboard — suited to factory floors, solar inverters, HVAC systems, and water treatment monitoring.
Can you connect sensors and IoT devices to a live dashboard?
Yes. We build the whole chain: sensors and edge gateways, an MQTT or Modbus data layer, and a real-time dashboard streaming over WebSockets. That includes the broker and the backend, not just the interface you see.
Do you provide IT support after the system is delivered?
Yes. Support is the fourth stage of every engagement — monitoring, fixes, and roadmap work as your systems keep evolving. We also provide helpdesk and day-to-day troubleshooting on its own, separately from any build project.
How long does a project take?
It depends on scope. Recent projects have run from about one month for a focused ETL or CRM build, up to four months for an industrial turbine control system. We deliver in working milestones rather than a single reveal at the end, so you can see progress throughout.
Do you work with clients outside Algeria?
We are based in Oran, Algeria and work with clients worldwide. We work in English, French, and Arabic, and reply to new enquiries within one business day.
