Custom ERP
ERP software built around how your company already works.
Most ERP projects fail the same way: the software arrives with its own idea of how a business should run, and everybody spends a year bending their process to fit it. We build the other way round — we map what you actually do first, then write the system to match.
What a custom ERP from us covers
Scope is yours to set — most clients start with the one or two areas causing the most pain and add the rest once the system has proved itself. The modules we build most often:
- Inventory and stock — real quantities, movements, and locations, with the reconciliation your team currently does in spreadsheets.
- Production — batches, runs, inputs consumed, output yielded, and the traceability that goes with them.
- Finance — invoicing, purchases, payments, and reporting that reflects your actual chart of accounts.
- HR — staff records, attendance, and payroll inputs.
- Reporting — the numbers you currently rebuild by hand each month, produced automatically.
Off-the-shelf ERP vs. a custom build
A packaged ERP is the right answer for some companies, and we will tell you so if it is. It is cheaper up front and faster to switch on. What you trade away is fit: you inherit someone else's process model, you pay per seat forever, and the parts specific to your business are exactly the parts it handles worst.
A custom build costs more at the start and belongs to you afterwards. It fits your workflow because it was written from it, it integrates with the other systems you run because we build those too, and there is no per-seat licence growing with your headcount. It makes sense when your operation has something genuinely specific about it — which, for manufacturers and producers, it usually does.
A system already running in production
We delivered a full ERP for an olive oil production facility, built around their real factory workflow — tracking inventory, production runs, and day-to-day operations in one system, replacing manual processes with a single source of truth. It is live and in daily use at the client's facility, and we built their CRM alongside it so the two share one set of data rather than drifting apart.
How the engagement runs
- Discover — we map your current workflow, systems, and constraints before proposing anything.
- Design — architecture, data flow, and interface plans, reviewed with you before a line of code ships.
- Build — iterative delivery with working milestones, not a single reveal at the end.
- Support — monitoring, fixes, and roadmap as your operation keeps changing.
Recent projects have run from about one month for a focused build up to four months for larger industrial systems. Scope drives the timeline, and we will give you an honest one after the discovery stage rather than a number before it.
Related services
An ERP is rarely the only system a company runs. We also build CRM platforms that share its data, IoT solutions that feed it live readings from the floor, and industrial software that talks to production equipment directly. One team covers all of it, which is why the pieces actually connect.
